0. Introduction

These Conditions of Use and Purchase (Terms of Purchase) of britishfoods.es page (https://britishfoods.es) apply to all transactions made through the Web in accordance with the provisions of Law 34 / 2002 of July 11, Services Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSI) are contained in the section accessible "Legal Notice" from every page of the Web.

5. Form and handling

7. Policy withdrawal (back) and changes

If for some reason you are not fully satisfied, you have the opportunity to exercise your right of withdrawal (return) purchase or exchange within 5 working days from the date you received your order.

To return or exchange an order you have to write a info@bfi.cat within those 5 days and in a short period of less than 48 hours, we will remember the procedure, which is as follows:

8. Shipping Conditions

We are not responsible for any damages that may occur after sending your package, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.

Frozen products are shipped in an isothermal packaging to help you get the goods still partially frozen. However, due to the 24 hour time delivery and high temperatures in Spain, we can not guarantee it. All frozen products are clearly marked as frozen on the website and in the purchase of these items, the buyer accepts the goods arrive not completely frozen.
